Your signature image stays on your device. Image selection, processing, previewing, and PNG creation happen inside your browser.
Signature images
We do not receive, upload, store, or have access to the signature image you select. The result is created in browser memory and is downloaded directly by your browser. Closing or refreshing the page clears that working data.
Technical website data
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. It may process standard request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp, and security events. Cloudflare Web Analytics may also provide us with aggregated page-view and performance measurements without using analytics cookies. We use this information for delivery, reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
Google Analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, device categories, approximate geography, and how visitors use the website. The Google Analytics measurement ID is G-QTRXC2QHMR. Google Analytics is not loaded until you select “Accept analytics.” We do not send your selected signature image or transparent result to Google Analytics, and advertising signals and ad personalization remain disabled in our analytics configuration. Cookies and local storage
The tool does not use cookies or browser storage to save your signature. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may set identifiers such as _ga to distinguish visits. We store your analytics choice in your browser's local storage under sbr_analytics_consent so the website can remember it. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future Google Analytics loading and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies on this site.
Advertising and Google AdSense
We do not currently display ads. We plan to apply for Google AdSense. If advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to deliver, limit, measure, and personalize ads where permitted. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies based on a visitor's previous visits to this or other websites. Visitors can manage Google ad personalization through My Ad Center and can learn about other opt-out options at YourAdChoices. Before serving personalized ads in regions where consent is required, we will activate a Google-certified consent management platform and update these controls if necessary.
Feedback form
If you contact us, we process the name, email address, topic, and message that you choose to submit, together with limited request information used for security and abuse prevention. The message is delivered privately to the site owner's Gmail inbox through our Cloudflare-hosted form endpoint. We use this information only to review and respond to feedback and do not use it for advertising. Do not include a real signature, identity document, contract, or other confidential information.
Data retention
Signature images and results are not retained by us. Your analytics choice remains in your browser until you change it or clear site storage. Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings in our Analytics property, and we do not keep a separate copy of the raw analytics data. Feedback messages are retained only while reasonably needed to review the request, respond, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary records.
Third-party services
Website delivery, security, analytics, and feedback submission use Cloudflare services. Optional audience measurement uses Google Analytics. Submitted feedback is delivered to Google Gmail, so Google may process the message as an email service provider. Each provider handles service data under its own terms and privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, hosting, analytics, or advertising setup changes. The current revision date is shown at the top of this page.
